The business is made up of 4 employees with the couple as the 2 directors, a farm manager and farm worker. They however have prospects of increasing their staff count to 15 employees in the next 12 months, which will enable them to be more efficient and agile in their service provisions.

Norman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and has a great wealth of experience in Retail, Sales & Marketing. He has been working in the Petroleum Industry for the past 8 years. His wife, who is also his business partner holds a Bachelors (Honors) Degree in Accounting & Finance and is currently practicing in the Banking sector. The duo bring with them various expertise and experience in different fields.

As the entity continues to grow they are currently working on expanding their capacity and business to include production and supply of beef, mutton, duck and goat meat and eventually a one stop butchery and braai spot, hence their Brand name The Grill Zone; but until then, the Proctors package pork and chickens and distribute to individuals every month end. They deliver free of charge in Gaborone and Francistown.
