BIC is hiring a recoveries manager to join their team.
JOB PURPOSE
- Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer
- Providing technical advice and oversight focused on evaluating legal liability and aggressively pursuing.
- Resolving subrogation collection in the event of loss
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide operational and technical management of team of specialist
- Work alongside the recovery department to develop strategy and maximize benefits in areas of responsibility
- Managing the day to day operations and take responsibility for the performance
- Sharing results of operations with management
- Handle technical referrals, complaints and works closely with claims team on claims recovery performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant university degree in any Business related field
- 5 years hands on experience in a recoveries setup.
