MRI BOTSWANA REACHES OUT TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

MIR Botswana launched a Prime Connect Centre which caters and provides services for its international customers.

The centre is the first of its kind in Botswana as a based contact centre which provides services known as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Clients in countries such as Eswatini, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda will be reached using the centre.

The Minister of Communications, Knowledge and Technology, Mr. Thulaganyo Segokgo praised MRI Botswana during the launch for the step they have taken is providing its medical services internationally as they celebrated 30 years of providing medical care services to Botswana.

“Prime Collect is exemplary in diversifying its revenue stream by leveraging the youth of the nation and taking unemployment head on while making the transition to a digital economy by embracing technology that facilitates the development of a product or solution earmarked for the international market,” he said.

He added that MRI Botswana has showed its potential for taking its company across the borders of Botswana through the Prime Collect contact centre which will process calls across international countries. He further added that the medical proving company has taken a step towards Pillar one of Botswana’s Vision 2036 being achieving a sustainable economic development country.

The managing director of MRI Botswana, Thapelo Lippe said that the Prime Connect was open for business in Botswana and the international space.

“Prime Connect’s value proposition to your respective organisations is for you and your respective teams to focus exclusively on your core business while we efficiently deliver the highest level of customer care and satisfaction,” Lippe said.
