FINCARE is looking for a talented, skilled individual to join the team as a Collections Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the team in making business targets
Make recommendations aimed at improving the business effectiveness
Produce collection reports
Recommend accounts for legal or outstanding as well as for write off
Understanding online payments rejection reasons.

QUALIFICATION

Computer literacy
Debt management and negotiation skills
Diploma in Business management/ Finance or professional accounting qualifications
