LIMID URGES RESPONIBILITY

Residents in Kedia have been urged by Beneficiaries of the Livestock Management and Infrastructure Development (LIMID) after receiving goats to care for them as they are of benefit to them.

LIMID Officer for Boteti West Mr Kealeboga Dithebele this morning when issuing goats to some residents of Kedia who applied for the programme and adviced them to multiply the goats so that they can sell them back to the programme.

Ms. Boipelo Ditshebo who is one of the beneficiaries expressed her gratitude for the goats she received, the goats will uplift her life and also help her with income to raise her children. She said her love for farming is the one that motivated her to apply for the programme.

LIMID is a programme under the Ministry of Agriculture which is aimed at increasing livestock production in the country as well as help eradicate poverty.
