K&M Car Rental is looking for a reliable candidate who will join the team under the position of a Office Administrator.
Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and complaints
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Driver’s license is a must
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum of diploma in business related field or relevant field is preferred
- Qualifications and experience in marketing will be an advantage
