HR SOCIETY ENTERS A DIGITAL ERA

The Human Resource Professionals Society has taken a step into entering a digital era by launching a website to ease communication and also to advance the future of Human Resource in Botswana.

The main aim of the Human Resource Professionals Society is to regulate the HR profession in the country through registering all HR professionals and to also regulate the consultancies operating in Botswana thus taking the digital approach.

The HR Society Botswana Secretary General, Opedi Manase, mentioned that the website is one of the tools which will be used to advance the future of HR and it will be through blogs, job placements and advertorials.

“Additionally, we use the website to disseminate HR knowledge and articles to assist HR professionals in their everyday work. The website will contain information which will be readily available to assist the HR professionals with their day to day work related issues,” said Manase.

“The website has all the information you need to know about the HR Society of Botswana. It has a membership page for HR professionals to register and a contact form that allows them to make an enquiry,” said the website designer Maverick Kabelo.
