The legendary music promoter Zenzele Hirschfeld, called the government and its authorities to layout proper measures of structure and solution into the creative sector to boost the country’s entertainment industry

“The creative industry in Botswana, which is at its infancy, is starting to show signs of progress as more women are taking space in the leading roles. Back in the days the local entertainment space was male dominated,” said Hirschfeld during the women in song workshop.

The legendary music producer further pointed out that women in music face more challenges compared to man in the industry.
