K&M Car Rental is looking for a reliable candidate who will join the team under the position of a Office Administrator.

Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and complaints
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Driver’s license is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum of diploma in business related field or relevant field is preferred
  • Qualifications and experience in marketing will be an advantage
