PHIKWE SMALL BUSINESSES TO EMBRACE ENTREPRENEURSHIP INITIATIVE

The CEO of Premium Nickel Sources Botswana (PNRB), Mr. Montwedi Mphathi says the lately released Tsholofelo Carnival Entrepreneurship development Programme will help develop mindsets and construct a different mindset towards business increase in the small town.

“The entrepreneurship improvement programme seeks to expand and pursue a commercial enterprise subculture with the intention to promote engaged and life–converting learnings that the participants will use to build up from right here,” said Mphathi. 

“There are so many manufacturers in the Selebi-Phikwe region but because of lack of know-how, loss of teachings including this programme maximum are unknown, most just promote but aren’t a country wide product. This is why we want to bring on a programme to develop mindsets and construct mindsets towards enterprise increment and development, “he added.

Through the help of the Local Enterprise Authority, 50 younger commercial enterprise owners participated in the two -day entrepreneurship  development programme remaining week. The initiative targets the youngsters region, small medium organizations, and casual companies. The main aim could be potential–building, dialogue on capacity modern thoughts which can enhance the economic resuscitation of the Selebi-Phikwe region.
